Pat, thanks for the great tips on how to cootrnl nerves when making videos. We all have them and being a little nervous gets our juices flowing but, like you said, the other end of the continuum can be that we’re so nervous, we’re frozen. I like the idea of shifting your mindset to your audience and, of course, practicing. Great show!
