I have spent my first 4 years of life in San Diego, 20 years in Washington State and now 2 years on the road as a Road Bandit. Friends and family back home ask me all the time “When are you coming back home?” or “Are you still on your Road Trip?” I just smile and tell them “I’ve already lived in Washington before and I’m not on a Road Trip I’m just living my life.” Now I loved living in Washington, it was a great place to grow up and I have awesome memories that I will never forget. But I want more, I want to see more, experience more and meet more than Washington can offer me right now.
California
So I recently checked out the famous Venice Beach in California and while there I saw a crowd off the boardwalk huddling around like they were having a meeting. Then out of nowhere they all began to scream and then it happened! The beat started and so did the freedom. The freedom to move, the freedom to groove and the freedom to approve!
Whats weird about naming my Cat “Bird”? Wouldn’t a Bird named “Cat” be even weirder? Well now that we got that out of the way its time to get some work done. But of course the only work I can get right now is in the middle of the desert. Why must Vegas be so crazy hot? Guess I will just have to deal with it while I finish up an HD Travel DVD of “Sin City” for a client. Once finished I will upload to Road Bandit for all to see. I can’t believe yesterday I woke up on the beaches of Cali and now I am parked right of of Las Vegas BLVD in 100 degree heat… If I only knew what I was doing.
You can’t fail at something unless you quit at it…right?
Well I don’t know how to quit and the only way failure will happen to me would have to be by death. I am a persistent person and even though I might not get it right the first time or even the second or third time…I eventually will.
Its Official! Road Bandit has taken a turn for the Best and headed to none other than California. First stop is San Diego…the birth place of Randy Primm and one beautiful stop after being in the desert for over a month.
