Last night I decided to watch the movie “Unstoppable” and in previous months I would usually just grab a bunch of snacks and get my grub on…not anymore! As I sat down to watch the movie I looked down to see what snacks I chose to munch on and I couldn’t believe what I saw.
Two hard boiled eggs, a delicious satsuma orange and a fat and juicy Fuji apple. Now the amazing part of all this was that I didn’t purposely choose healthy snacks. I just chose what I wanted to eat. Can you believe that? I was so impressed I had to go take a picture.
They say it takes about a month and a half to break a habit…well I think I just saw a huge crack :)

I am about to start week 5 of my P90X workout and I can honestly say its changing my life. Who would of thought that working out daily, eating healthy, sleeping right and avoiding drugs and alcohol can make your life awesome.
P90X is one hell of a workout and each day is a constant challenge. But, if you are looking to change your life for the better, walk around town with a ton of confidence and a smile that means something…well then maybe it’s time you give P90X a chance to bring out the best in you.
Now I know its only been 28 days but ladies and gentleman I am feeling what “Tony The Tiger” would explain as GRRRRRREEEAAAAAT!
Set your mind right for the next year and remember that nothing in life is guaranteed… except change.
Change can either come to you or you can go out and make it happen!
Enjoy the journey and happy trails :)

I am very much enjoying these blogs.
This is the axis point, this post, when One just does something in a habitual way.
To change is to live!
Niish-
Good breakfast! That’s the way I normally eat.
Also, almonds and raisins are a good snack.

Great to hear this, Randy! I used to do P90X and I DEFINITELY know the feeling.
Just yesterday I chose to completely change the way I eat and mix in some new exercises. I’ve been reading through Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Body and it’s been a big eye opener. Go grab that book if you haven’t yet.
I’ve got a bit longer to make this a habit, but you’re almost there buddy.
Keep it up and good luck… here’s to feeling AWESOME!!
